If you’ve been thinking about creating an online course… but haven’t quite started yet

If you’ve been meaning to create an online course for a while… but haven’t quite got around to it yet, this challenge is for you.

Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you’re incapable.

But because creating a full online course can feel like a big undertaking.

And when something feels big, it often triggers procrastination, perfectionism, and overthinking.

I’ve seen this pattern many times when helping people build their first course.

That’s exactly what this FREE challenge is designed to solve.

What This Challenge Is About

Within 30 days, you’ll go from:

“I have an idea…”

to

A clearly defined, validated, structured and built mini-course.

Not a 12-module monster.

Not something that takes 6 months to create.

A focused, practical mini-course, built properly and tested with real feedback!

Why a Mini Course?

Because if you can build a mini-course, you can build anything. During this challenge you’ll learn:

  • How to define a clear transformation your course delivers

  • How to structure your content in a simple, logical way

  • How to build your course inside a professional platform

  • How to validate your idea with real beta feedback

  • How to move from thinking about it… to actually hitting publish

Most people stay stuck in planning mode.

This challenge is about becoming someone who finishes what they start.

How It Works

  • Weekly pre-recorded training released each Monday

  • Clear action steps to follow each week

  • Support inside a private Facebook group

  • A guided walkthrough of the course platform I personally use

  • Delivered calmly, practically, without the hustle pressure

You’re welcome to use any Learning Management System you like for this challenge.

However, I’ll be demonstrating everything using Thinkific (the platform I use in my own business).

If you’re not currently using a course platform, you’ll be able to access a free trial during the challenge.

👇 What You’ll Have By The End:

By the end of the 30 days, you will have:

 A Clearly Defined Mini-Course Idea

You’ll know exactly what your course teaches, who it’s for, and the transformation it delivers — removing the confusion that stops most people getting started.

 A Structured Course Outline

You’ll turn your idea into a clear lesson structure, so your content flows logically instead of feeling scattered or overwhelming.

Your Mini-Course Built Inside a Professional Platform

You’ll see exactly how to set up and organise your course inside a simple course platform, so your training is ready to deliver to real students.

Feedback From Your First Beta Testers

You’ll learn how to get early feedback from a small group of trusted people, helping you refine your course before sharing it more widely.

 Momentum and Real Progress

Instead of another unfinished idea, you’ll have something real that you’ve actually built and tested.

And that shift alone is incredibly powerful.

What Happens Each Week

This challenge is designed to help you make consistent progress each week, without feeling overwhelmed.

Each Monday a short training will be released inside the challenge, along with clear action steps so you know exactly what to focus on.

You won’t need hours every day - just focused time each week to move things forward.

Here’s what we’ll be working on together:

Week 1 — Define & Validate Your Course Idea

We start by getting clarity and making sure your idea has real potential.

Most people struggle with creating a course because they either try to teach too much or they build something nobody actually wants.

This week you'll define:

• The transformation your course will deliver
• The specific problem it solves
• Who it is designed to help
• How to quickly validate your idea before building

By the end of the week you'll have a clear, focused mini-course idea that you're confident is worth creating.

Week 2 — Structure Your Mini-Course

Once you have the idea, the next step is turning it into a clear structure.

This week you'll learn how to:

• Break your idea into simple lessons
• Create a logical step-by-step learning journey
• Avoid overwhelming your students

By the end of the week you'll have a simple course outline ready to build.

Week 3 — Build Your Course

Now it’s time to actually create your course.

This week you'll:

• Record your first course lessons
• Upload them into a course platform
• Build the structure of your course

I’ll also show you how to do this using Thinkific, the platform I personally use for hosting my courses.

By the end of the week your mini-course will exist inside a real course platform.

Week 4 — Beta Feedback

Before launching any course widely, it’s incredibly valuable to get early feedback.

This week you'll:

• Share your course with a small group of trusted people
• Gather feedback
• Improve and refine the course

This step helps you build confidence and ensures your course is genuinely helpful.

By The End Of The 30 Days

You won’t just have an idea…

You’ll have:

• A structured mini-course
• Your course built inside a platform
• Feedback from real people
• Momentum to keep building

Most importantly, you’ll have become someone who actually finishes and publishes courses.
